Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $125,000

Fix and Flip in Louisville Kentucky.

This was our second project in Louisville and it was masterfully done by our crew.

We were in there the moment the house closed and our investor was able to sell it in less than 5 months.

New roof deck, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We were excited to expand to Kentucky

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Buyer came to us and we were ready to go.

How did you finance this deal?

I think he used hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

We managed the project from start to finish.

There were a handful of issued that required some decision making but other than that we have a really good crew down there and they make my job super easy.

What was the outcome?

everyone made money.

Investor profited roughly $25K
