That is a very devastating position to be in.Before you sign anything, have an attorney look over the agreement and explain it to you.You want to ask the "buyer", "what is the name of the person that will take title",(if they are not taking it into their name or entity, it is a wholesaler.

Depending on the loan program you would likely be able to vest the title in the LLC, meaning the LLC is the owner of the property, but of course you are the owner of the LLC.

The 4 plex was purchased under a conventional loan and if you have a conventional loan they do not allow for the property to be titled in the name of an LLC.
