cite=61.34but, since the various new laws, and attitudes, it's better to let the homeowner lose their home, move their kids, who lose contact with their friends, to a new school district with money they don't have, imprint the trauma on the family of losing the home, lose any equity, become homeless, and have a foreclosure on their credit for the next seven years, and because of the foreclosure on their credit have a very hard time renting for years to come. 

Tenants will be homeless and the property will sit empty for years.

This apartment also rents to what was described as veterans, and maybe past homeless veterans.

Hope the homeless smell is gone inside the office!

Keep in mind that in some cases these veterans were homeless because, quite frankly, they had run through all the "good graces" and patience of any and all family members.  

She's seen that I have taken real estate and more specifically my homeless veteran initiative to "END veteran homelessness, period" on as my life's purpose.
