The only forms that require an agent would be the contracts for agency so yes all but the contracts for agency would be applicable.

There are also two recommended 'one stop' websites at the end of the video 18:43, but I believe there is a fee for them (one is for agents, one is for individuals without a license).

A suggestion I've made many times on BP is for new folks to go to Amazon and buy a text book for agents licensing, you can get a used one for 10-15 bucks.

The way the system is set up for agents, buyers and sellers allows for order and it is governed, when you remove structure there is chaos and it limits the State's ability to protect the public, which is why I say there will be a need for us well into the future, but the dynamics to how we do business will change in some capacity or another.
