My favorite is working to get syndication docs done on Christmas Eve because someone MUST CLOSE prior to year end.

Do you happen to have a CFK Doc that I could use for an auction property we just closed? 

I don't like being near storage facilities or dry cleaners because who knows what hazardous materials have leaked into the ground and spread. 3.

I uncovered a multitude of issues (mainly cosmetic) but I have a couple of big ticket maintenance issues remaining - a slab drain leak (not supply) which was recently discovered and the home appears to need slight leveling (door jambs tight, small gap on brick outside). 

The culprit was a leak coming from a pipe in the crawl space below that other owners unit.  

The water usage was different every day indicating that it was not a water leak and abruptly went to zero on 9/20.

Ceilings has leaks because she never told me that they were leaking. 

(We have been waiting to update docs after we assign because we have been getting caught with sunk costs if the deal does not close) 3) Educating both buyer and seller as much as possible and clarifying any concerns before contract is signed (buyers through drip campaigns when they sign up for our list and through conversation, sellers through conversations at appointments and contract signing, also sales folder left to all sellers on all acquisition strategies) 4) Sending out a Property Update Document to our attorney every Monday.

I strongly suspect (without even seeing your loan docs on your personal loan), that transferring it to your LLC might trigger a due on sale clause and the bank could call your loan, if they ever found out.
