One lady told me no and I told her it is illegal to not accept housing, She replied that  she could rent her house to who ever she pleased, so I sent her a copy  of the law, she came back with the reason I dont want to rent to you is beacause you said you di a lot of up grades and I dont want that done to my property.

welcome to the party.I went through a similar situation. i'm in my 40's and have a 2 and a 4 yr old. work full time and had a a full time nanny that ate through my savings. we determined it would be more cost effective to have the wife stay home with the kids instead.
