It is cute but in need of a few minor upgrades.

If you can't think of anything on your own, I would suggest you pay a graphic designer or someone with branding experience to do this for.

Don't be fooled by the antiquated web graphics.

Sometimes you can get burned bad with incontinent cats or one cute little puppy that turns into repetitive cycles of pit bull litters.  

It is two freestanding houses one is a 3/1 the other is a cute 1/1.  

We're both self employed doing other work (him - graphic design, me - consulting for non-profits) and we have a daughter in college and a son going into high school.

So, if you're opting to save money and go a route like Fiverr for designing it; putting a little thought into what exactly you'd like for them to create seems like the least you can do.Although I can't say that I trust a Fiverr GD artist to completely design the single most important symbol in my company's existence, I do think that the site is an awesome way to get some fresh ideas that you can have a more reputable graphic designer (whom you're hopefully paying slightly more than $5) run with.

The graphic below is from a title company that I lifted for a presentation earlier this year.

I am a commercial plumber and she is a graphic artist, so she is great at painting and has an eye for proper colors and I can do all of the rest.
