how do you guys go about separating your residential address from getting mail from tax etc from your investment property?

As far as residential properties and flipping, I can see the appeal of getting hands-on experience working and understanding the process of those ventures as well.Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'm considering purchasing a residential lot in the DFW area to build a house.

An LLC is a pass through entity and it's still a residential property. 

Someone who is good at sales and marketing can make a few deals quick, but then the buyers they sold to hate them because their numbers were off or they lied and the sellers catch wind of it.I am not as anti-wholesale as many, but I am anti-lying and deceiving which is what a lot of them do.

I am a general contractor who handles both residential and commercial remodeling. 

Except for entitlement, we focus on residential flips and wholesale deal support.

Statewide laws signed in 2023 now allow ADUs to be built on every residential property.
