@Dante Nava I keep getting solicitations for a money-making opportunity (I never buy any of these, but I learn something from some of them) called Hooked on Overages which allegedly teaches you how to find foreclosed homeowners who don't know they are owed an overage from when their property was sold in a tax sale.

However current im in contact with an organization who allege to give up to 10,000 to first time home buyers in the State of VA after you take a course with them and they evaulate your credit to make sure you are "ready" to buy a home, also they claim to connect you with a consulatant.

In Sept 2012 I now decided to move to a new insurance provider - insurance provider BSO now Fast forward to Jan 2013 I am served with an alleged dog bite incident that took place allegedly in July of 2012.Would this be turned over to the current insurance provider - Insurance provider B or the Insurance provider A - the provider who was providing the coverage at the time ofo the alleged incident?

Worse, any improvements you make to the property probably were done by a volunteer and therefore belong to the fee owner and you may not be entitled to reimbursement.Sure you can allege anything you want in a quiet title action, and if nobody responds who is the wiser.
