Hey TraQuann here. My ultimate goal is to make real estate investing possibly my biggest source of income. I have taken one college course On realestate and i have read one book or at least chapeters of the book called be a realestate Millionaire lol.
However current im in contact with an organization who allege to give up to 10,000 to first time home buyers in the State of VA after you take a course with them and they evaulate your credit to make sure you are "ready" to buy a home, also they claim to connect you with a consulatant. Is anyone familair with these type of organizations? Are they legit? Is it a good move for a first time buyer. Where are they getting these funds can I get the same funds from the government or something without going through this organization any advice is helpful.

Thanks
