Question on Insurance coverage
I have a insurance question that I think I know the answer to but want to be sure..
Lets say I had insurance carrier A from Jan 2012 through Sept. 2012. In Sept 2012 I now decided to move to a new insurance provider - insurance provider B
SO now Fast forward to Jan 2013 I am served with an alleged dog bite incident that took place allegedly in July of 2012.
Would this be turned over to the current insurance provider - Insurance provider B or the Insurance provider A - the provider who was providing the coverage at the time ofo the alleged incident?
I would think answer would be A but than again you never know..
thx,
Chris
