If you haven't started the company yet, I think a Joint Venture is a simple way to dip your toe in the water.

If held by your Mother and Brother as Joint Tenants, the last to die would have inherited the interest of the other.

We use drywall joint compound paste to fix cracks and holes in drywall and it is taking a lot of time.
