Very 'rural', no cell service, slow internet, etc.Basically, there's 3 parcels side-by-side, one with a nicely finished 3br log cabin, the 2nd with an unfinished cabin that's been sitting empty for a decade, and the 3rd lot with a horse barn and foundation/framing that could be cleaned/converted into another dwelling.

I charge them to add/remove animals and horses, convert to a month-to-month lease, etc.

It gets expensive quickly for the seller if they fail to deliver possession (of course evicting/collecting is a horse of a different color depending on where the property is located, but at least you have the protection of a legally-binding document that is enforceable):17.

Personally if I didn’t want them to have a pet when they moved in I still don’t want them to have a pet We know they have not had a pet for years so probably they may very well have never owned a dog and don’t know how to keep it from damaging a houseI would say no as the lease we signed stated no pets I don’t see see the upside I on the other had rent houses in the country where every tenant has a horse as well as dogs and some have chickens, sheep and goats so I don’t care

We rent the house on one side of the acre and the other just contains landscaping with horse stalls, no other structures.
