Hey all! I am from Wisconsin and we are newer to REI Brrr life! We are currently exploring looking into out of state investments, specifically Lexington, Kentucky area. Any recommendations you may have for Core 4 (realtor, property manager, contractor, and lender -hard money and refinance) would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!
