If that is the case, you will most likely have to go through the CUP process, I doubt that the CUP will be in place so you would need to go through that process.When I want to find out information about the area or zoning for a deal I typically go into the planning depart (just walk in and talk to the desk planner there) and ask.

But, where I am, I'm better of calfling expeditors, many of whom are engineers or architects, who deal with issues of zoning.Unfortunately, most people on this site are real estate investors, look at it from a real estate standpoint, rather than from a city planner standpoint.
