Dealing with an American Towers / T-mobile situation where they have not paid for or removed their towers that are located on my mixed use commercial property.

I’m a working American with a $X IRA just trying to get to an account balance I can retire on.

These under-the-radar provisions have never been publicly vetted and will have unintended and adverse impacts on you and millions of other Americans who wish to save for a secure retirement through Main Street investments.  

I would think most Americans would find this offensive on its face (maybe I am wrong about that). 

We're out of American Fork but we're living and traveling in a converted van right now.

I also have a home warranty with first American, so to get this scoped/ fixed it should be covered.

We as Americans just can't seem to keep external things like depressions, wars, credit crises, elections, stock fraud, pandemics and all the stuff of life from interfering with a good real estate market.
