Need a contract attorney in Cali for a Cell Tower issue

Hello my fellow real estate investors, 

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a contract attorney in Cali. I need someone with a strong background, influence and knowledgeable about cell tower contracts.  Dealing with an American Towers / T-mobile situation where they have not paid for or removed their towers that are located on my mixed use commercial property.
