I wanted to give you this as a concise manner without any of the slingo slango of the industry such as take immediate action, etc.

This is not some random accidental homeowner who wants to be a landlord and doesn't understand the PM industry.

The good Realtors comprise (IMHO) only about 20-30% of the industry.

Im currently in the car sales industry and doing okay but I know (or heard👨🏽) real wealth is made in real estate, i been intrested in real estate for a while now but always get held back by the time it takes to see nice profits.

There's a whole industry for nerdy folks like us who only perform 1031 exchanges.  

Again, we are new in this industry and looking to grow and learn as well.

Building a strong network takes time, but collaboration with industry peers can lead to success for your mid-term rental.

Entire industries have left the state due to inept state and local regulators. 

Cupcake shops sprung up everywhere, the Food Network started their show, Cupcake Wars in 2009 (still on) and then.... a few years later industry consolidation after the run-up.

No-one is successful (outside of occasional tech start-ups) on revenue, especially when you are talking about real estate, a highly leveraged industry, and hospitality, a fairly low margin service industry.
