I just found out about wholesale real estate yesterday and became fascinated.

The fascinating thing is he does it one time , but the next time , he says he wont do just the cut , I think it depends on how busy they are .

I've been fascinated by real estate investing since Rich Dad, Poor Dad came out. 

I find that the area's that im interested (greece) does not give a clear statistics about the prices per s.q. meter.
