Most Wholesalers that I come across here on BP are "not worth their salt".  

In my experience depending on the size of the property or unit it averages $3,000-$6,000 in Salt Lake and surrounding areas to remediate.  

Take what the pendants say with a grain of salt.  

Then it picks up again as you approach Galveston.Take my opinion with a grain of salt.

One thing I learned on this trip is to take the BPO's with a huge grain of salt.

As what is common with BP is that you only get one side of the story and PM business is a tough one and very difficult to keep 100% of your clients happy.. these companies don't live with the tenants they don't give them marriage counseling or make sure they stay in their job.. or make sure they stay on HUD or what have you.. again any railing against any PM in the US market I am going to take with a grain of salt..

We had have great success with Epson workforce series printers.

I don't know how well it fares in salt air conditions.
