Personally I wouldn't do a loan with somebody whose English is so poor.

I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and can help anyone trying to reach the Spanish speaking market in real estate.

I'm definitely not a major in English at all but I know that the more I type, the better I will get at expressing my ideas to everyone here.

This person is an expat (American English teacher) with an employment contract and a work visa for at least 1-year, which is the period of the lease.  

I know my dad can offer a lot of sweat-equity, but as far as property management goes (finding tenants, screening, basically any communication that prefers English as a native language), I will be in charge of.I will try to "cold-call" a few agents listing properties I'm interested in shortly.

Does anyone in the same situation send direct mail in both English and Spanish? 

That was a definite "no" on compromising...but I'm sure this is extreme.One thing that could help is having your lease written in plain English.

We've sold properties right off English Ave and Emerson near the Temperance property that you are speaking off.
