The good thing about this is you can do a parent listing offering the whole place, as well as 2 other listings for each unit. 

And the favor is please mark me in your system as do not call.My wife has started doing the same and it works for her as well. 

Also, in regards to a per diem, I'd like to be a bit more optimistic that I can establish the right checks and balances to ensure that the contractor is not skipping corners.

It's not for me and I'll have a decent amount of cash to work around from allow me not to do that but for most people it makes complete sense.

One is humid and one is dry, the types of activities to do are different in each city, take a look at where you would be the most happy as well if you're going to be living there!

If I did this, I could then transfer the land to my LLC or allow the LLC to lease the land from me for the storage facility2.

Now if it's a lot of rain, yes, the root systems are compromised but that would be.... well at that point one would have to say God's sending a clear message, right. 

@Mark G.We tried cold calling and that didn't work too well...with Propstream you just use your search criteria and it will give you a list of prospects to reach out to. 

So, if you have 10 units and you are going to pay $1,500 a month and you are working on an active income job, too, this is an easy switch due to the labor mentally and physically (even if it is just phone calls) to get these rentals running as a well-oiled machine.
