So the relationship is key (even if you call it an independent contractor situation--but you pay the hourly and they show up everyday and you supervise them--you may find they are are considered an employee if they run over someone)...There are more guidelines and they vary by state but follow a general theme..

We were supposed to sign a new assignment agreement last week (Wed.).

Also we have "coffee with investors" meetup every weds at 7:30 at Cit and State Coffee on Broad.

Then the med bills come up or repairs are needed and I have to re-use the card.David, maybe if I just constantly bug the bank, they'll let me convert it.

Jon,thanks for the info, my fiance already has a house and ill be moving out of my parents house and into his after our wedding, thats why i want my income and extra cash to be used for investments while im still young and dont have kids or bills...i have been looking for deals in the same area for about a year now, i still have lots to learn, like i said im in finance, i studied real estate finance in college but theres only so much you can learn by thinking and reading about it, now i feel like its the right time to actually make some moves and i appreciate all the advice!
