Beginning Investor In Memphis

Hello Everyone, I am an aspiring investor in the Memphis area. The areas that I am currently focusing on are wholesaling and flipping, but also open to other suggestions. My long term goal is to own at least one apartment complex, so I am looking for avenues to build up enough for a down payment in the future. I also joined Memphis Investors Group last month, so I look forward to meeting the local investors at future meetings!
