Information disconnect.With Cincinnati being the 15th highest foreclosure city in the US, perhaps the court system is the place to look.

For example, a bank would never give someone like me who hasn't built before, a loan to build like this, but we are doing it through our company which has a great track record and I will buy it upon completion.I mainly went with a new build because I thought it was a very unique opportunity given the connections I have working in a development and property management company.

I recently started using Buildium and am realizing I now need to run both systems in parallel and unable to sink my bank account transactions on Buildium but Quickbooks is fine.  

Hello Ignatius,The platforms you mentioned work great but would likely require you to build out systems and processes for a sales and/or marketing business. 

However, I'm big on systems and processes so it makes me uncomfortable to change things up and not do an application!

So a quick theological aside...Christians are not under the tithing system.
