Hello, I'm exploring short-term rental (STR) investment opportunities within a maximum 4-hour travel distance from NYC.

It cost more and takes more time for housekeeping to clean when there are extra people.I can't see that my bookings have increased whatsoever and as a traveler that booked a house through VRBO/Evolve last year, I found the booking process to be a little cumbersome. 

But if you plan to travel back and forth, just make sure that the people you have working on your property are highly reputable and trustworthy.

I travel to tahoe on a regular basis and have been looking to buy a property in South Lake Tahoe.

It could generate more if I do MTR from Travelling nurses etc., but felt I did not have time.

Hi there,I wanted to try to rent a few of my properties for Traveling Nurses.

The rental intent is to have a full family home + ADU (college student or traveling nurse).  2. 

They could be traveling for work or for personal reasons (I actually rented a place off Airbnb in Billings, MT during football season when my son played football in college so I could be there for his games.)

., use the money made here to travel other places.There are too many potential problems that could arise that would be out of my control.That's just how I see it.

I think hospitals would like travelers to be on there way out.
