I suppose it is all that public education I got drilled with that keeps me holding onto a partial slave mentality. 

An appraiser is a third party that is suppose to give a fair and honest opinion of market value. 

And it turns out the loan was only supposed to be transferred once so they need special permission to do it again which is causing delays.

I suppose it would do fine for a rental property.

I thought I could use the Pergo Outlast + product that is supposed to withstand water for 24 hours but then I discovered Coretec Plus which is waterproof.

I suppose there may come a day when someone takes me to Court over a kept deposit, and perhaps I'll lose because I wasn't overly forthcoming with the document itself (simply waiting for them to ask) - but I'll place many good tenants with the procedure I have in place before that day comes!
