Depending on their setup, you will be losing him money if you aren't brokering deals and/or losing him money because you are taking up a slot for a productive agent.

Steer clear of Rabinovich pllc firm and keep in front of mind attorneys referred by bar association PAY for slot to be referred, so referral is NOT based on attorney experience, client experience, nor complaints; we have been extremely lucky with a NJ bar referral but unlucky with Phila bar referral so it may be a crap shoot.

I grew up in an apartment in the city, and street slots are up for grabs, but when you're talking about single family neighborhoods most people try to be reasonably accomodating and park in front of their own houses just out of respect for the neighbors.

I was also looking in DC for a house hack a little over a year ago and ended up buying in PG county where property values were more affordable and there is still a huge demand for rentals there from students, families, young professionals in the area, etc.
