HELP DC investor not able to sell RENO property

Good afternoon all,

My team and I have a property in DC. Pepco has promised multiple times to come through our property to fix an electrical pipe in the basement. We have all of the renovations completed however, this problem is eating up our profit due to holding cost. We have repeatedly reached out to Pepco to get this resolved however they keep promising and not delivering. Any suggestions of how we can resolve this quickly and save our investment so we can place it on the market and recoup our funds?? Any suggestions would be very helpful. Grateful for all of you!

I had a similar problem in DC when installing a commercial grade system in our condo conversion. The only thing i can say my friend is to stay on them. I kept emailing and calling daily. In my mails I'd find out who supervisors where and included them in the stream. I would show up at the office at times. I'd reach out to other people who had Pepco contacts. All that together moved it along a little quicker but all and all, them or DCRA don't give a **** about your holding costs or what you are going through. It will prompt them to do nothing quicker. Just keep at them. Good luck!
