When working with a wholesaler its like going to a buffet selection of properties.

I definitely prefer the unit to be vacant and prefer being able to select my own tenant.  

We are planning to be careful with our selection process and will be going into any deal with our eyes open.

But, if you select the RIGHT Manager - the result could well EXCEED your expectations!
