@John Warren My buildings are small to medium sized buildings in Forest Park, Oak Park, River Forest and LaGrange. 

Also deals this size take awhile to get to closing & like anything else the wrong clause or statement in the contract will kill the deal. 

Unless there is another person able to provide income and you can properly screen them, we would deny them.

The other townhouses in the complex and area are over $650k for the same size and square footage.

Depending on the size of the ADU vs the main property, you would probably be looking at either a "heavy rehab" loan - or a "ground up construction" loan.
