I believe you’d find it less costly to rip up the yard and install a new sod lawn rather than install pavers.

Any options and opinions on ripping out existing wall heaters are welcome.

For those interested, you can get a new lock box on ebay for $20-30 You can buy them at Home Depot too, for about $30 - no need to deal with shipping and whether the ebay vendor is a rip-off, just take it home with you.

Always ask yourself if you are adding value before ripping something out.

I ripped up the old carpet, patched gaps in the floor, put down a sound-dampening underlayment, and put new flooring over the top.  

Some say rip those two layers off then do metal. 

Gutters and soffits, pool cage, polycarbonate window shutters ripped off by wind, metal roll down shutters and garage door damaged, and attached fencing all destroyed. 

In my experience junk haulers usually try to rip you off, so if you go that route be prepared for outrageous bids.
