Junk Man vs Dumpster
I have two houses out of town which the tenants trashed before they moved out.
What is my best option for getting rid of their junk? A dumpster can get costly, would I be better off hiring a junk man/hauling service?

In my experience junk haulers usually try to rip you off, so if you go that route be prepared for outrageous bids. If you don't own your own truck consider renting one and going on some dump runs yourself with or without hired help from craigslist.
