There are so much better and efficient ways to generate leads than simply generate the largest possible lead funnel and rely on the fact that even at a 0.001% success rate, if you blast your text message out to 100,000 people you will still land a deal. 

You can't just rely on a book or listening to someone and then go big.

those that live there and can really control the outcomes might make this work.. but relying on others to do this for you.. well in my mind pretty risky. 

1) Best first step here is forging a relationship with a good contractor you can trust and rely on.

It was great having a live conversation entering my living room since due to time differences I always have to rely on recordings.

Just getting into the real estate investment market to generate cash flow for retirement and something that my kids can rely on later in life.  

A glowing post from someone who has only one post on the entire site is actually useless and I would encourage folks to not rely on it. 

I'm hesitant to quit my current job and rely solely on real estate investment for income.
