One highway in and out with festivals happening that draw toms of people isn't my preferred situation.Port Ludlow is another area that retirees love.

I would think they stay booked since all the festivals (before Covid).

That said, i have been in the middle of purchasing a building recently, old school i want to convert to 17 apartments, it is in what they call residential medium zone which is up to 4 units, religious org, government use or a school.

I would say ok to them, and tell them to ensure to mail rent on time or else the late fee will be religiously enforced since you can't track whether the check is in the mail or not. 

I must say it made me lose a little respect for @Brandon Turner You would think he would give his cat the night off and actually let him partake in the festivities.
