STR Neighborhood Response Plan
Recently purchased a property to do STRs with in New Orleans proper. Working on the license needed by the city and one of the required docs for the OSTR (Short Term Rental Operator's Permit) is a "Neighborhood Response Plan". I've called the STR office but no answer (typical for around the holidays), was wondering if anyone else had done one before?
Thanks in advance.

And, for the record, it is important your neighbors all have your contact info and they know they can call you first and you'll take care of it because you don't want them calling AirBnB or the city.
