New to real estate investing and looking for other perspectives on getting starting. 

I have 8 buildings with possibly 9 lines that I would like to get a package deal on sewer scopes of all the lines.

Keep building the business and focusing on saving money. 

That is me reading between the lines, and I would suggest partnering with someone who has the money.

Im currently networking to partner up with a home builder here in Staten Island and build Semis on empty land.

I was able to figure out that they had come upon some hard times and were significantly low on cash.

Are Days on market shortening or stretching out in the neighborhood.

I've found conflicting information online.

Most are folks that have the emotional control of a 5 year old, controlling attitude, an omniscient narrative in every thread & topic, act like an online hall monitor, and constant attention seeking.
