I used a negotiation company a few months back but did not have any luck as they mostly did their work for agents and not with investors.If you are looking for a company to outsource to I would recommend you find someone on these forums that worked with investors before.

I have a full-time project manager who hires and manages the contractors.So, my recommendation is to start out by immersing yourself in the day-to-day details, and once you really understand what you're doing, you can start to outsource and focus on the important stuff (like finding deals).

My understanding has always been the DEED needs to be transferred and recorded to start seasoning but then again, I've completely walked away from doing shorts myself and outsource all of it now.
