I think there is enough information online that another course isn't going to move the needle on getting involved with a MF property or not.

If no appeal and they havent moved out, go back to court to get a writ of possession.

@Sam Ojo Sounds like you've made a lot of positive moves that have resulted in you having options at this point. 

I would buy it, move it to Oregon and sell it for $2.5mm...wishful thinking :-)
