Pretty sure there's a cauldron involved and maybe a magic wand and a crystal ball.Speaking of the new one on the market, I kinda want that one as well, but my mortgage broker says that she wants to see us settle into what we've already purchased before approving us for another loan, so unless we can come up with something really extraordinary to purchase it, we'll have to let that one go.

My suggestion is have a position in mind, one way or the other, but be open to your tenants if they want to do something different (this shows them you are willing to be responsive to their side, which can beneficial in future interactions).Vincent

I think a lot has to do also with how you both like to learn, I spent a lot of time growing up traveling for sports so I got used to working online at a young age and I did not miss the classroom interaction and anytime I did have an issue I just emailed them and someone would get back to me pretty quickly.
