Hello I'm Anthony from Baton Rouge,La. I'm interested in Wholesaling Real Estate. I've actually got property under contract and never closed. Each time  I've lost a deal I didn't find out to afterwards what I did wrong. Know I'm confused all together about my approach , which leaves me stagnant doing nothing. Any tips to get back on track? Thanks in advance.
