A bathtub full of water with a human in it, or a king-sized bed with two humans, isn't something they necessarily automatically make attics able to bear.

As a side benefit, you would improve your asset protection by taking the excess funds out of the LLC since they wouldn't be available to potential future creditors of the LLC.Regarding the application process, the brokers are subject to "know your customer" regulations so they will need to know identifying information for the human being that is authorized to make decisions on behalf of the entity.

State regulations make things complicated so I'm skeptical that it will ever replace the agent; however, technology is taking the place of so much human production that it wouldn't surprise me to see some platforms simplify the process for the even the casual browser.I looked for the app for my Android, but only T-Rex apps displayed.

It allows me to aggregate data on what is going to auction and couple that data with notes from our drive by, property stats, delinquent property taxes, info from bankruptcy court, the title search, our valuation, maintains the sale calendar, and practically eliminates human error.
