People like to rent from a person not a 'brand', it's more personal.

Better option for personal use but perhaps not rental. 

I personally would rather just continue with the second bank, why go back to the first one.

Great for personal residence but not for scaling.

@Lauren MerendinoI strongly believe that your chosen market should be somewhere that you can go to in person / have strong personal knowledge of / have family or a network in already.
