I am not sure if the court will call them BS as long as the corporation hold its meeting and file corp requirements, while the judge can call it, you can also fight for it, a discussion that is reserved for another day.

I am not aware of it being confidential unless you have agreed to those terms....maybe a pm can chime in...But a clever person may be able to get your name and contact info through an assessor database or other public source ..As to your question, I find tenants that leave owing you money tend to have just the opposite reaction (more flight than fight)..

I suspect that the pipe was in an area with poor insulation and froze from the outside temperature.I think that this just happened, and she should fight the liability.
