My First Home Purchase

My proudest moment in Real Estate was deciding with my wife to make our first real estate purchase  a live-in investment property. We went through many trials and tribulations- undependable, mia contractors when rehabbing, layed off tenants, negotiating rent payment splits, having a drunk driver take out 2 units, and having to take over for a bad property manager, but in the end it was worth it. The experience I gained as a landlord will be invaluable for the rest of my investing career. "Stuff" happens to everyone what matters is how you deal with it. Do you fold or keep going. I keep going and having that property enforced it to a whole new level.
