Not because I'm a saint or anything like that, but because I saw it as the fastest way to expand into remote/other markets.

I only buy in 3 zip codes so I am pretty up to speed on what listings have dropped in price, which houses need work, which houses are under-valued.

I wanted to take this discussion to discuss what is the fastest way to own as many properties as possible with no money down.

Rehab about $20K (plus an extra $130 for the speeding ticket I got driving to the house the first time) with an ARV of about $140K.2.

Our business model is based on speed.

Then we hit some non RE related financial speed bumps and had to slow down a bit.

That is the fastest and easiest way to get money fast!

With the help from BP I now think I can speed this process up.
