BUT, I've yet to find a cohesive "formula" or "rule of thumb" for weighting these factors and determining profit share.

Now of course people will respond to this post that they did it, but there are also 2M+ people on BP and I would be curious to see how many have tried and failed? 

The old ones with old refrigerant systems fail practically never.

What I've learned is that it's not always a black and white result at the end of the day...inspection good/bad, pass/fail.  

To make matters worse, they not only kept my money but also revoked my access to the course, leaving me empty-handed and cheated.It’s disheartening to witness a company that boasts such high costs fail to exhibit even a shred of empathy.

If everyone in the world could point to the perfect program and all agree that it works, most of us would still fail at using it because we just don't take the time and focus needed to master it. 

But I really fail to see the benefit for a person getting started to help with wealth creation. 

Not all of them were good quality leads but we only need one qualified tenant.This morning I got ready to reply to the 5 leads we had overnight and the message failed to send, only to find that we have been "banned" from FB Marketplace with no reason given.

I found out the house has windows that are prone to fail as well hence the reason for a lower #.  

So my advice isn't just Baytown against itself, or Houston, as much as it is in general weighted against all options.
