If she insists on staying, that indicates she's not actually suffering from the cat allergy and that she's the kind of tenant that exaggerates or makes up problems to manipulate the tenant.

That people exaggerate and should all be punished accordingly?  

multifamily deals are happening all the time here, granted not with those insane numbers....that specific 4plex you are mentioning, someone paid $2M for it a few months ago and just painted that place black it seems (exaggerating a bit, but not much), we will see if that adds $1.2M in value lol. 

I'd love to say I'm exaggerating just to make a point, but sadly, I really do encounter properties like that around here.

Many times, individuals can post things in frustration that are exaggerated, one sided or even untrue.

Just because you don't know who did it doesn't mean you don't report the police but for some reason they would always protect these people who maintained a garbage junk pile full of rats in their backyard…  people are gonna think I'm exaggerating or making this stuff up!

And Especially anything new coming to the area - such as a a google or amazon office for an exaggerated example (that means there will be many new jobs and increased income on the way)

The writeups are somewhat overhyped a lot of the time and the numbers are a little exaggerated. 

I guess "meticulously" is a bit of an exaggeration.
