Hello Jon,Surprisingly, zoning isn't the issue. It is truly and solely the HOA that stands in the way of my passion. And yes...what I do is considered a business. However, what I've read on endless posts as well as HOA policies I found on line...Very often NO home busisnesses are allowed, including sitting at a desk working from home...and is surprisingly, oddly, enforceable.I cannot fathom the extreme amount of control HOA's wield.Unfortunately, I don't have a choice other than to reside in an HOA...it's all that is available where I am.I feel these seemingly blanket rules imposed by HOA's are infringing on my human rights...I truly do.The right to earn a living in my chosen profession is being ripped away from me...not something I am in the mindset to accept without much consideration and investigation. My question remains...as innocent as it may seem...I truly just want to learn how I determine what my personal rights are as a citizen...and soon, an unwilling member of an HOA.

@Justin, I wish they would publish a book on the "rules of the blame game" regarding the mortgage industry; It was/is the economy, to easy to obtain a mortgage, to hard to obtain a mortgage, credit scores to high, credit scores to low, no money down, 20% down, underwriting guide lines to stringent, to loose, appraisals becoming parat of a management group, working as independant contractors, no doc mortgages, endless documentation, it was the mortgage brokers, it was the banks, it was Wall Street, loan originators being paid to much/to little and the finger pointing goes on.
