Rentals are limited by percentage (e.g. only 10% of the homes can be rented out at the same time), you must have lived in the house for at least 3 years, minimum rental period is 1 year, and your potential renters must pay a $2500 application fee up front, then be interviewed by the Board of Directors before they can be approved to rent.That's not for your benefit.
